I am currently 21 weeks 4 days pregnant. I had my 20 week ultrasound last week and was detected with this condition. Ever since I have been reading horribly scary stuff on internet about VCI. I would really like to speak with someone who had this condition and delivered a perfectly normal healthy baby. I would love to get all kinds of suggestions on diet and exercise. My doc says there is nothing to worry about except I would have more frequent ultrasounds to monitor baby's growth. At 20 weeks my baby is 10oz and I guess ideal weight is 10.5oz.
