If there is more than one hospital in your area it is worth finding out their policies and as not all hospitals accept 24 weeks as viable.
I'm lucky, my local hospital doesn't have NICU but they still refer you to the closest, which is 30 miles away so not bad and the NICU there is fantastic. An my local hospital has an amazing SCBU which take over care after a certain length of time. So I don't want my baby to come at 24 weeks, but I know if something happened they would do all they can.
My cousins baby was born at just under 25 weeks gestation and he is now 7 months old and thriving
