Hi ladies, my uterus is starting to feel very very full and heavy, quite painful at times, not sure if it's the IBS? Anyone else get this?

I have ibs too and have felt very full the last few days although I am managing to poop every day. I think for me it's wind, which seems to let itself go whenever it wants lmao
