I've lived with my mum for 21 years (on Friday  ) and I got the keys to my new house yesterday, and I'm nervous about living on my own.
I haven't moved in yet, will be doing it over the week, but I was thinking of getting window stickers, you know the ones that say beware of the big bad dog!
Do you think that will put people off? It would make me feel safer anyway, but my mum reckons it would attract people?
What you reckon?
I don't have a big bad dog by the way, just pretending lol

My mum has a brass plate on her door saying "Beware of the children"

My Auntie has one saying "Beware of the Wife" :)

Get one if you think it will make you feel safer hun x x x

If you think it'd help you feel more confident go for it.
Also if you've got a friend who has a big bad dog and will let you borrow him/her for a couple of hours/a night so that people actually hear a big dog barking too (thats what i did when we moved into the new house haha)
xx

My nans got a big bad dog and she wont put a sticker up because theres been people stealing them in her area lately so.... im not sure, sorry im no help am, i !

Get a big pair of mens Rigger boots and leave on the doorstep! Intruders might think there's a big bloke living in there  Knowing my luck though I'd just get the boots nicked pmsl!
