i have found the easiest way is to collect your sample in a larger containter and then pour it into the sample bottle. I've had to do this a few times now - usually i use a disposable plastic cup or similar. Anything with a wider rim should work

When i had to give urine samples i brought a cheap plastic bowl went in there then poured it in the sample bottle...

My midwife was always impressed i got so much in the bottle as she said most people can't see and its just a guess

I never told her what i did i wanted her to think i was clever

Oh don't worry i threw the bowl away once i'd had Keeley 8)

Yeah that's what I ended up doing into an old ice cream tub and decanting it into the pot they give you! lol!!! Then ended up stuck in an awkward position with my hand and an ice cream tub beneath me...
