I think I'm going to become good friends with Mr Loo :(

As if the drained energy wasnt enough I now feel so sick, I'm pleased I have symptoms but I hate being sick. So pleased I'm off work for a couple of weeks.

Any tips to fight off MS??

They suggest having something to eat before you get out of bed. .. I'd recommend the Belvita biscuits, they are yum. Ginger biscuits are supposed to be good too.

I had my head down the loo this morning, came from absolutely nowhere! God I hate being sick it hurts my tum so much!

Feel fine now though - roll and bacon was yum! Lol

I've not been sick yet, just nausea, but find it's worse when I'm tired or not eaten for a bit, so just keep eating & sleeping as best you can, would be my (novice) advice

Salt & Vinegar crisps, toast and marmite, a sugary sweet and ginger biscuits help curb my feelings...

I second salt n vinegar crisps, especially Square crisps.

yummy, I like S&V they are my favorite!

I was fine when I managed to eat but it only went for about 30 mins :( I want to go to bed but OH is busy in the bedroom with AJ going through bits and tidying. x

Last time i struggled with morning sickness i found that skittles and plain mccoy's crisps were palatable... Not v healthy i know but if you need calories you can keep down then maybe worth a try? Xx

I agree with the s and v square crisps, discovered it the other day

I feel like this.....it seems to be unhealthy food like crisps etc that I go for as theyre a uick fix and stay down. Dreading goin out for lunch today as even thinking about food let alone trying to eat it isny easy the now xx

It depends if your able to keep food down or not, eating little and often seems to work for me, well most of the time! xxx

I've had ice pops, just cheap Simpsons ones from Asda. Really nice as they just take the edge off the nausea especially if you can't face something too 'flavoured' xx

Just keep eating sweetie, even if you don't feel like it! I find those activia yogurt drinks quite good as they are easy to swallow and gentle on your stomach. Fizzy water or lemonade is good too, just small sips.

I feel your pain, I've had no ms for a few weeks but 2 days ago it came back with a vengeance! I would rather have it than not though, my scans still 2+a half weeks away so its really reassured me that baba is still happy in there! Xx

Ginger biscuites are good. Also i found a cup of tea with a little sugar in made my sickness wear off ? I also had the sea sickness bands on a lot in the 1st trimester they helped me. x x

Go to docs if it's bad for some meds, although nothing worked for me x

Thanks Ladies. Some great tips there. I'll be trying them out.

Liking the ice pop one, last pregnancy I always had a freezer draw full of jubbly's! I was buying them 3 boxes at a time! x

Salt and Vinegar crisps definitely got me through!
Rich Tea biscuits
Anything greasy really like chips or bacon
Ginger beer - saying that, I can't drink it at all now as it really makes me feel sick.
Eat little and often. I found having nothing on my stomach made me a lot worse.

Apparently those travel band things you put on your wrists to prevent travel sickness can help - I didn't try it though.

It's awful as all the lovely healthy things you are supposed to have just go out of the window when you feel so sick. I hated the MS. I had it for about 17 weeks...Ugh!

Good luck and hope you feel better soon!
