6 weeks and counting. It's only ever in the mornings, can never be too far from a toilet. Sick and tired of it to be honest, the cramps are ridiculous. GP said nothing can be done about it. Feeling so sorry for myself. I thought I might have a milk intolerance as it's the only thing I've introduced into my diet (I can't stand anything dairy) but I've cut it out and things are still the same. Has anyone suffered the same and got any home remedies I can try? I don't think I'll be doing too well at my scan tomorrow with all the tummy pressing xx

I had this sunday and yesterday, felt horrific! :( no home remedies im afraid sorry! I feel alot better today. Fingers crossed you feel better soon xxxx

:( it's so rubbish. Midwife said its probably the Braxton hicks making it really bad. Thanks hun, I hope I do too xx

I can sympathise the last few days I've had this - I suffer from IBS (its been alot better since I've been pregnant) but I've definitely noticed it the last day or so - not pleasant, I was going to ask my midwife about it on Thursday.

I think this is a sign of labour approaching? I have sufferred this the last week and can honestly say it's very uncomfortable. I get diarrhea pains then with a bout of loose stools then nothing but its been consistent for the last week. I've not felt unwell so I can only assume it's pre labour? X

Oh please don't say that, I'm only 27+4. It's been the worst it's ever been, today. I called triage and the midwife I spoke to wasn't concerned xx

Hi lulu, I have noticed that in the past week I have gone the opposite way. From being constipated in tri 1. Perfectly normal in tri 2 and now back to constipated (sorry tmi). But what I'm saying is that your body changes in each stage of pregnancy and will hopefully settle down for you soon. If you are really. Inverness do not let any nurse fob you off. The health of you and baby is much too important. I would ring your mw tomorrow to see what she says xx

Midwife is on annual leave so I called triage today and the modwife I spoke to said its nothing to worry about, just that my Braxton hicks is probably making it worse. It's horrible xx
