Tummy bug (tmi) sorry

Hey guys woke up today with a dodgy tummy and had to rush to the toilet, u can guess why. Think I've got a wee tummy bug also loaded with the cold. Had my flu jab ages ago. Can a tummy bug affect my little one? We're 35 weeks today xx

Not too sure but id ring doc to be sure because you can get dehydrated really easily with tummy bugs and that can affect BP, xxx
