Uploading videos:I need some help!

I have got a new phone and want to know how you girls all upload your videos from your phones o your pc vis USB?

Please tell me, cos im dying to get some videos on here of immy!

if you are on o2 think you can do it through 02 blue book, if not then I'm not sure

No im on vodafone, but i can upload pics on no problem and their on via memory card via usb but cant get videos on

God im rubbish on computors!!! have no idea how to udse them or phones
