CD2 blood tests are for FSH, LH and i think prolactin. After my blood tests i was refered to my local hospital for a scan and after that i had a HSG to check my tubes weren't blocked. But i think what they do next really depends on your own situation and what your blood tests show. They thought i had pcos from my blood results which is why i needed a scan to check for cysts on my ovaries.
CD21 tells you if you have ovulated or not depending on the progesterone level
the CD2 tests are LH/FSH (also prolactin, thyroid function depending on your GP) as Shell said and these give an indication as to how easy your body finds it to ovulate and what your ovarian reserve is like (ie. how many eggs you have although they don't give you an estimated number lol)
i think what happens next will really depend on the results of these tests.
