I posted a while ago about buying black and white cameras to take into hospital as they can be a little more forgiving and timeless than colour!
Well today I took my B&W camera into Boots to have it developed and the lady at the photographic counter told me that you dont have to use b&w cameras, you can use ANY camera and they can develop it in either black and white or even sepia (which I love) and that can be done in an hour as opposed to having to send off the black and white camera which can take a week or more. I'm gutted but thought I'd let you lot know as it seems a hell of a lot easier than buying B&W.

I took your advice and am having to wait two weeks! Hope there's some good ones though :)

Can you scan yours to share?

Whats sepia?

When it has like a brownish reddish tint and white, instead of black & white or full colour. A lot of old photos are in sepia, its a much warmer tone than b & w.

Heres an example honey.....
