Had a text of Lauren this afternoon. "Baby Abigail had to go into SCBU last night as she is/was failing to maintain her blood sugars. She is being tube fed in the hope of bringing them up so just got to wait and see at the minute" Lauren's hoping to be home with her soon xx

hi all, not staying long but just a quick update for you, Abigail came home tonight after managing to bring up her sugar levels enough. Had a pretty awful few days - they took her away at night when hubby had gone home and didn't tell me what was going on, then the midwives didn't even check on me at all for 24 hours, not one single one came to see me or even spoke to me as I walked past every 2 hours after being down to feed her

I'll be back tomorrow or Saturday no doubt to catch up on the gossip and let you know what happened, but the important thing is she is back with us and is now doing fine.
