When Oscar had his new baby check, the paediatrician said that oscars tessas hadn't descended into his scrotum.

Obviously I have scoured the internet and it seems they may descend in the first few months but if they haven't descended within the first year then he may need surgery

I'm so worried he may end up infertile or something. Has anybody else had a baby boy with this problem?

I'm really hoping they drop on their own but have to wait til his 8 week check now to speak with the doctor. x

One of Jacobs didn't descend. But at his 8 week chceck up it had :)

My oldest had this as well and it soon dropped.. They weren't overly concerned about it xx

My middle one had this, and it took 6 months ish I think, and it did it's thing

just to let u know, oscar has testicles!!! lol

~yayyy well done Oscar, his manhood is safe and well!

My husband and his brother had this - my husband had to have both operated on and were on are third child and his brother had to have one

Aww that's definately reassuring!! Ozzy got his 8 week check soon so we'll be able to see if they are definately dropped.

Fingers crossed they are they found my hubbys under his tummy button haha! Hardly any marks tho he had to tell me I told my sil about hubbys brother and she didn't even know about her own fiancee's balls haha! So minimal scaring and they def work and hubby is 35 now and can only imagine surgery has improved since then x

jasper's testicle is still hiding, got my six week check tomorrow so am going to talk to the doctor about it, apparently you can wait until they are about 2 until they need to have an operation to 'help it along' so hopefully it will be sorted by then... some doctors want you to do it earlier though

i cant bear the thought of my wee one having an operation so young :( :(
