Underactive Thyroid

Does anyone have this, if so, how has it affected your pregnancy?

I have not yet received an appointment with the consultant (which I am supposed to have due to my underactive thyroid) - should I enquire about this?

i also have thyroid prolems my doctor has said i should be fine might just have to highten my dose of meds so will need to tell midwife about thyroid so blood can be checked regularly

Oh thank you for your answer, I was beginning to think I was alone! The midwife did put me under consultant care, I was just wondering when I will actually see the consultant, whether it will be at all my routine appointments or if it will be seperate. I suppose the best thing to do would be to call and ask my midwife! x
