um ticker help

ok iv managed to get one of thoses ticker thingys but what do i do now??? look at the bottom of this post iv clearly done it wrong??lmao

On the ticker sites there are two different codes bb and html , bb is suppose to work on this forum but sometimes the html codes works too, I'm not very pc savvy either took me awhile .xx
