Ive had a virus for 5 days now, cant breathe through my nose at all making me feel so sick. Cant taste anything and cough now gone to my chest. Cant inhale any vicks etc as I cant get any air in! How long can it go on!!!!!

Awww! I've had it a week and am only just beginning to feel more human - but I still have a bad chesty cough. There seems to be alot of it about at the moment....wrap up warm xx

Hey! Well I can breathe through one nostril now! Im still off my food (very worrying!!!) but the cough really hurts my lungs Day 6 today so im hoping tomorrow, I may feel better x
