Twitter experts??

Help!! I've signed up to twitter on behalf of my work - so basically using it from a business point of view. Would really like to build up a better following though - our customer excellence examiner mentioned something we could use to automatically find people who tweet about for example disability, But I dunno what he meant.

Help.

One thing I have learnt from watching my OH on twitter is DO NOT mass follow or unfollow people, you get blocked or banned. I only know this because he has been blocked so many times, even just for unfollowing people who didn't follow him!

Other than that I know that in the search bar you type a key word and it finds all the tweets containing that word then you can follow people who tweet about your chosen subject.
