I have got a Virgin home phone, tv package and broadband. I want to get rid of my home phone as we never use it but with Virgin you have to have a Virgin phone to get broadband. Does anyone know if there are any good companys where I can just have the broadband and not the phone. Also does anyone know how much it is to have the tv package with Virgin without the home phone and broadband as it says £11.50 with a Virgin phone but it doesn't say how much without it.

It's not possible to have broadband without having a home phone, as it needs the line to be active to be able to connect.

We are on Sky - the package of all 3. It's probably quite expensive, but we like it as when I'm on maternity leave I'll have all the TV channels to keep myself occupied, and we also need the super biggest broadband as we download loads between the 2 of us LOL

It only worked out a couple of pounds more expensive to have the whole sky package with the broadband we needed than to just have broadband with other companys.

yep it is....we are with ntl (which has now switched over to virgin media.) We have no phoneline at all.
We pay £25 a month for a 4 meg connection (you can get slower/cheaper than that but we share it between our two computers so we figured anything less than that wasn't a good idea).
