Turkey eggs? ? Are they safe to eat? ?

Hi girls just a quick question might sound strange but my BF who is 31 weeks pregnant has been given 6 Turkey eggs and wants to know if anyone knows if they are safe to eat x

All eggs are totally safe to eat , chickens ,turkey, quail , ducks all fine but must be cooked properly not raw and not very runny , boiled ,poached , scrambled, in cakes and fried all fine. Eggs are a very source of protein and have iron too. xx
