TTC & Under active Thyroid

Hi everyone, I’m just wondering if anyone has had issues TTC with an under active thyroid? I’m not actively trying at the moment but I came off the pill over 7 months ago and in this time have only had 4 periods ranging from 40-53 days.

I was diagnosed with post partum thyroidism after having my baby in 2015 and take levothyroxin daily, my levels have been stable although I am currently waiting on blood results to check if this needs adjusting.

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge around this?

Do you know your current tsh level? It needs to be under 2 for conception and pregnancy.

I took levothyroxin throughout my pregnancy as part of a trial for high levels of thyroid antibodies rather than for tsh.

At my last test it was 1.06tsh just awaiting my current results

Sounds good, I know it can alter once pregnant so I had to have loads of blood tests to check it was stable.
