TTC Can Clomid Affect BBT?

Today is CD 34. I’ve been temp charting. The last week my temp was 98.8-98.5. This morning my temp was 98.1. Yesterday, CD 33, I had two tiny pink spots of pink on the toilet paper, but no AF. I was wondering if Clomid can affect your BBT? I asked the nurse at my OB and she said no. My cycles are usually 29-32 days. The last three months my cycles were 31-32 days. I did a round of Clomid this month CD 3-7. That was April 4-10th. I had a progesterone check CD 21 April 24 and it said I did ovulate. What does this mean with the spotting and the Clomid? BFN this morning.

I never used to measure my body temp to track ovulation so sorry I can’t give much advice on it.. I would recommend using OPK’s I found this the most useful way to know if you had ovulated or not.

Whilst taking clomid I would ovulate pretty much around the same time of my cycle each month day 14/15 so would start testing on day 10 just to be sure I didn’t miss it. I always found the clear blue digital test the easiest read and use as it gives you a O for low ovulation, a flashing smiley face for high and a constant smiley for 24hrs for peak but I don’t think you can test more than once a day with these. The month I conceived I had a low on day 13 then peak on day 14 no high.

if you wanted to test twice a day I’d just get the dip test ones but I’d definitely download an app such as Glow to read them for you as I found them extremely confusing!
