ttc but have cyst please help

Hello, Im looking forward to getting advice for my situation and to talk with other women who have similar issues. I have kids that are 9&10 but since my youngest i havent been pregnant but very actively trying with my husband(kids were prior to marriage). I have been hospitalized, given blood transfusiins and was told i have follicles on left ovary & functional cyst on right ovary. That happened one year ago, now recently im having more pain in pelvis n under rib cage too, period came twice for 2months but idk why. Can someone tell me if the cyst are the reason for me not gettng pregnant?? Also last year when i had to be hospitalized they told me a cyst had rutured and there was free flow fluid, & i found out im b12 deficient anemic as well as low iron. Im taking b12 injections and if anyone can off any advice id really appreciate it.btw my youngest chid had to be deivered by csection
