Hi girls! So i am currently trying to get pregnant with my partner and i would love it for you to help me with any tips/ advice.

Hiya! Tips I can give is track ovulation, both of you take multi vitamins and live a healthy lifestyle. Take it from there. I’ve been ttc for 9 months, it gets obsessive so just try your hardest to chill out and enjoy it! x

Agree with the above.
It’s definitely best to know when you are ovulating so you know the correct time to DTD!
I would track it in an app also so you can keep track of your cycles.
Vitamins is a must for the both of you.
Good luck x

Hi and welcome!

I agree with the other girls, definitely track your ovulation with charting your temperatures, using an app to input the data. I use Ovia which I'm finding good so far, and I like the helpful tips it gives each day too.

Multivitamins for both of you and folic acid or folate for you on top of the multi.

Good luck, and babydust to you! X

Agree with all the ladies above!! Try and track when you ovulate with an app! ALSO instead of taking multivitamins buy yourself prenatal vitamins they help get you pregnant it’s recommended to start them before pregnancy if you’re trying to conceive. Also No oral sex before trying on your special days as saliva can slow down sperm I’ve read!! Best of luck on your Bfp
