Hi everyone
I was hoping i culd maybe get some advice off you all!
Me and my partner are ttc #1 and its such a emotional process isnt it! I am forever loking at the date, seeing when i will ovulate or when i can test..
I was just wondering if i could ask you all some advice on whether or not i could of concieved?

Ok so my cycle started on 18th of november.
i ov'ed on 1st - 2nd of December.
We baby danced every day and every second day since...
Ive been feeling some weird things this week. No cravings or anything of the like.
but my niples are HUGE ( sorry if TMI ) the little bumpy bits are sticking out alot more
.. and i have been having strange feeling in the stomach region. and peeing a bit more.
When is the savest to do a test? I got a bit dissapointed today because the test was BFN!

Could this all be in my head or would i be feeling this stuff now? I dont know what ill do if we get another BFN.. i will be so dissapointed if AF rears her ugly head!

Thanks for your help in advance
Emily

Hi Emily,
It could well be symptoms. My symptoms started a week after I ov'd and the changes to my boobs were the thing that really made me feel I might be pregnant....oh yeah, that and the fact I was peeing ALL the time!!
It might be a bit too early to test yet. When is your AF due? I tested 4days before af and got my bfp. Leave it a few more days and do a fmu test.

Hope it's happy news for you

It could be symptoms hun, but the first month I was TTC I had every symptom going - and its amazing how much you notice your body when TTC - my AF arrived, and I was stunned at the time.

The month I got my BFP I had no symptoms except a funny pulling sensation in the area of my right ovary! I had very few symptoms for the first few months of my pregnancy, but everyone is different!

If you have been trying a while, it may be worth cutting down on the every day BD'ing and changing to every other day - just to ensure your OH's sperm has time to recover!

Hope its your month

Thanks for the replys girls :) I am doing my head in!

I cant believe how much im obessing with this!
But seriously my nipples are so big.. like yu know that beesting look whenur going thru puberty and the nipples are big and like inflammed almost?> thats what mine are doin.. and the bumps are up sooo much.. a few veins are poking out now.. but i have NO pain at all!
My stomach feels odd too.. more on the 1 week after O'd.. but like just odd sensations.. cramping a bit.
AND my food isnt sitting good afterwards if you know what i mean... i feel queezy after eating.. then like ill be constipated ( SORRY IF TMI )

My pd is due next tues.. I tested today ( in the afternoon ) and it was a BFN.. but i have heard of alot of ppl getting BFNs until after the pd is due.. Is this right?

GOD i hope i see my BFP!

Can i have some opinoins??
THANK YOU ALL -** BABY DUST **

Hi Emily,

I'm in exactly the same situation as you! My AF was due today, so I got up early and did a test and got a BFN :( I've still got lots of symptoms though - really sore boobs and nipples like you mention! Weird taste in my mouth, definite mood swings and cramps. The trouble is, this could all be in prep for AF to rear her ugly head!

For what it's worth, having done a bit of research on the early tests, you shouldn't be too disappointed if you get bfns before your period is due as in some women they work but in others even when AF is due they don't register. It's really hard not to keep symptom spotting - I'm a nightmare and my husband is being driven up the wall with one minute me saying 'I think this is the month' and the next 'I'm definitiely going to get my period now'!

All we can do is keep testing and keep our fingers crossed!

Good luck!

Gemma
