I feel like crying my eyes out! I just cannot get comfy and I am so tired all the time. I manage to get a bit of sleep but then keep waking up and moving around trying to find a comfortable position. My OH is getting disturbed too so am fretting about him - even though he's told me it's not disturbing him. If I lie on my left, everything goes numb and if I lie on my right I get cramp! Heard something about not lying on your back so am paranoid about doing that too! Sorry for the moan ladies but I'm just so fed up...xx

I know how you feel, it is getting worse as well! I have all different types of cushions and pillows, and its a different one that helps each night. Haven't really got much more advise, just hope you can find a comfy position soon xxx

My boyfriend bought me one of those pregnancy pillows a dreamgeni one, I hadn't slept properly for weeks until I had that, it does support in all the right places, normal pillows didn't seem to do it for me!
I hope you get a good night sleep soon...

id be lost without my pillows and spare duvet i have them around me and throw my les over them to get comfy

I'm the same. Every night I seem to still be awake at 4.30 am and moaning on facebook!! I really don't know what to suggest :-(

i get pain in the hip on the side i lay on so i have to move about every 5 min. mostly ending up in tears in frustration. and.. doesnt help knowing i have to be at work awake, smiling and nice at 7 :(

is it ok to lay on your bump at my stage? i end up doing it alot but then i feel guilty after 2 min and have to move again.. and again.. and again.. then i cry.. then move.. again..
