Does anyone else find that the leaf up ànd during OV you don't sleep well?? Xx

Can't say I have trouble sleeping during ovulation as I am normally so tired with all the humping we do!!! It's when AF approaches that I become very restless, I get so hot in bed I can't get comfortable.

I've been the same the last few months and have just realised its during OV!! I must just be weird haha x

I have trouble sleeping, but I think it's more to do with the worry and anxiety I feel thinking 'have we done enough' or 'shit we've missed it' because we've been on opposite shifts. I know I won't sleep well tonight because its cycle day 8 (I ov around cd10-12) and I'm already starting to stress about bd'ing at the right times!!!

i have had trouble sleepong around ov, but usually because i get quite bad cramps along with it...

I don't know what causes it with me, I don't feel stressed, it's like my brain goes into overdrive and won't shut down!! X

 I love the word 'humping'!

xx

I fall asleep really quickly, which I don't normally do, but wake up at around 5am and that's it, can't get back to sleep.xx

In my last TWW it was taking me ages to get off to sleep and I was waking up between 05:16 and 0529, for a week! It was driving me potty, by 9dpo I was really grotty and snappy with people-had to spend the whole day apologising for how I was spitting my sentences out! (I'm not good with no sleep....roll on motherhood!)

Hi!
