trouble breathing???

does anyone struggle to breath properly when they lay on their back suddenly? like gets thumping in chest and heart beats really fast? it keeps happening to me x

Yes, I do - impossible for me to lie on my back now - its not advised to lie on back for that very reason - try lying on your left hand side from now on....

Yes, as the baby gets bigger, when you lie on your back it can block an artery restricting blood flow to the heart and placenta
