Tripple test results

Got my test results through the post today which i thought was well quick as i only had the test down friday lunch time.

it says that the baby is NOT at high risk and the chance of having a baby with down syndrome is 1 in 1669.

Just wondered if this is good odds. What did you all get?

I think it depends on so many things. Congratulations on getting great results!

They're great results, they're low risk which is all you need to be concerned with

I decided not to have the test but the odds look pretty good to me!

i would be happy with it, mine were about 1/3000 for downs and 1/4000 for other problems

That's great news Emmie, where did you have them done cus I had my GTT bloods done at PDH on Friday - We coulda gone past each other and not realised lol

At Stamford Hospital, but i will be at Peterborough August 4th for my 20 week scan.

Oooh now if you get the room that the door opens on to the waiting area you might get a really cool pic, apparently it's got a new scanner so the pics are more in focus (so someone told me at anti-natal yesterday!).

Don't forget to take your 4 pound coins!
