I'm really not happy today. Ollie got a baby walker for Christmas off his nanny and he loves it. It has a toy wheel on it and an arch with toys on. Well he just started crying while I was doing jobs I thought he was just being a grump and I didn't rush. Then he started screaming and I knew sommat was wrong. He wrist was trapped between the wheel and arch. I had to leave it there and calm his down first to stop him wriggling so much. My sister came to help and we proper had to twist and turn to get it back out. He has a red mark and bruise coming already. I'm quite mad that it managed to happen obviously not well designed but also at myself for not noticing it could happen.
I don't want to tell his nanny so I can return it as it will upset her. She was already upset as he hated the swing she bought. Just needed to rant about it :/

I'd send an email to the company that manufacturered it if I was you, they need to know to try and stop it from happening to other children.
Hope he's ok now. Xx

It's a bright starts walker I've managed to find who make it and the contact details so will email them once he is in bed as they need to recall them. He is ok he was more scared than actually hurt xxx

At least he's ok now. You'd expect better from bright starts they sell so much baby stuff!

Oh I've got the walker too it's never happened to stanley though but will have to watch out for it :| he's very rarely in it these days anyway but hope your LO is ok poor thing :(

His hand was half under the wheel half where the cat is when it's down. Think he must have put it in then turned it as we had to turn it to get it out. Looking at it now they are quite close together to close obviously. I took the toy off but it leaves the walker with holes for little fingers so gonna have to get a new one as he loved it xxx
