Transfer of Maternity Pay??

Hi,

Does anyone know if i can transfer my maternity pay to my husband under this new rules if

a) he is unemployed
or
b) recently started a new job, and therefore not entitled to normal paternity as not been there long enough!

I did read something about it but can't remember where but it's along the lines of if you go back to work early the smp or maternity allowance could be transferred to the father.
Could be completely wrong and baby brain playing tricks but it does sound familiar.
Maybe try direct.gov website
