awww hun i felt the same to not so long ago have you tried netmums?
i joined a few weeks ago and ive met one lady and we got on like a house on fire and we our meeting agian tommorow. im also spaeking on line to a few others from my area.

its a great way of making new mates
also try and find out about local mum and toddler groups
net mums can lead you to them too one of the ladies on there told me about my local pregnant and mums group and im going to it on Tuesday.

so give netmums ago im sure ther are other mums/mums to be in your area who feel the same and would love to meet up
