I thought about this again last night and thought, i have to post that in the morning...
From one of the posts that Laetitia made about how often you brush your teeth.
When I was pregnant, I brushed my teeth as normal but the toothpaste made me really want to heave, and I'd wake up in the early hours wanting a drink because my mouth tasted so rank.
The problem is... it's still the same
I want to be able to brush my teeth properly. I'm not a minger or anything, I do brush my teeth, but I try and avoid toothpaste at night and just use it in the morning/daytime.
Does anyone know anything that would help?! I don't even know if it's the minty flavour or not, or maybe I don't wash my mouth out enough afterwards?
