Tongue Tie, Ticklish Nipples???

Hey girls!!

My LO is now almost 4 weeks old, he has a tongue tie which will hopefully be snipped on 8th Jan. We have been managing breast feeding with a steady weight gain and although his latch isn't brilliant it isn't painful... However... The last few days my left nipple especially has become increasingly ticklish, and not in a pleasant way! It's driving me insane and I am gritting my teeth and jiggling around the whole time he feeds off that side... My right side isn't as bad but its still noticeable... Is this a tongue tie issue? Will it resolve when his tie is sorted? Anyone else experience this? xx

Sounds like a TT issue Hun, I had this with C on my left.

Once the tie is snipped a few sessions of cranial osteopathy really helps them to free the muscles up xx

Thanks KK reassuring to know! It's almost making my toes curl lol... His tie release is on the 8th so should I book a couple of sessions with the cranial osteopath after?

I would hun it really helped C. There neck muscles are interlinked with there jaw so it can be really beneficial xx
