It is pretty much new, we have used it for one refill but then we gave up and reverted to a bin in the garage! It comes with two new refills which retail at around £5 each.
Im guessing that the postage is going to be around £7 or £8; if you would like to buy it then I can find out for definite by getting it weighed at the post office.
Make me an offer! Its just sitting here not being used atm.
