tommee tippee electric breast pump!

Is anyone using or have used the tommee tippee electric breast pump?
I just wanted to know how you got on/getting on with it.
I'm not sure if mine is not working properly or that I just haven't got the hang of it yet.
I have used electric breast pumps before so its not that I don't know how to use them.

I have one, its rubbish and we arent even going to sell it on because i wouldnt want someone else to have the same disappointment we have had.
