Holly will take a 5-6oz bottle of EBM easily but when she is on boob can take over an hour. I did think she was using me as a dummy but she is actually just taking ages to feed. [/quote]

I find that Willow likes to feed for longer when i come back from school because she has missed me and wants the comfort She can finish a bottle in no time

They have to work harder at the breast, a bottle teat isn't hard to stimulate to get milk out of.

morgan takes 15 mins for 3oz bottle and 40 mins on breast.

Yep, the two times I gave Oliver a bottle (only about 3oz though) he polished it off in under 5 minutes, but he can take up to half an hour to feed from me (usually 15-20 minutes) because it doesn't just pour so easily into his mouth like it does with a teat.
