TMI diarrhea is early pregnancy. Normal?!

Hey so sorry this is TMI for first thing in the morning. But is it normal to have diarrhea in the first weeks of pregnancy? It's very soft and giving my slight tummy cramps and nausea. It started yesterday and I thought I had eaten something that disagreed with me.

But I've woken up the same this morning too. Do you think this is part of pregnancy or I'm pick up a random bug?

I had this very early on in pregnancy, before I had even tested. Always first thing in the morning.

Early pregnancy can make you either constipated or give you the runs. I had diarrhoea early pregnancy and so did quite a few ladies in my July group. I wouldn't worry xx

This is me today 3 dpo - not symptom spotting at all

I have had diarrhoea maybe 4 times in my life, so this is very unusual for me, but at 3 dpo, I know I cant count on it, but for yourself, it looks like its quite normal.

Just pressed thanks lol was ment to reply! I’ve been experiencing this like IBS when I’ve gotta go I’ve gotta go! And it’s runny I asked midwife if this was normal she said it’s hormones and I’m having twins so got double the amount , I’m 8 weeks

Oh wow I can only imagine what that is like.

I’m only 3 dpo, so I think I just need to calm down symptom spotting

P.s I want twins, but I think my oh would have a heart attack, Tbf I probably will aswell. I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy
