is it possible to have thrush WITHOUT any smell or itch or dicomfort?

i seem to be producing A LOT of goo

iv had thrush before and usually itches, this is just lots of clear mucous like snot! (sorry!)

or am i just turning into a snail?

no i cant be ovulating im on the pill. its gone a little bit better now, but theres still plenty
