stinky wind? (tmi alert!)

does anyone know any remedies for wind?

as i dont eat meat or fish, i dont eat many root vegetables and very rarely eat spicey food, i can honestly say that my farts usually dont smell, and i dont do that many, and even my poop doesnt smell very strong!

however, idk why but the past 2 or 3 days- OMG! i got terrible wind, i cant stop trumping and it really stinks! my boyf usually cant tell if iv done one but now he can spot them straight away and he says i even put him to shame!

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrross, i HATE having a smelly bum! please help me fix it!

LOL.. your poos dont smell?? Lucky girl!

You can try peppermint tea or you can buy peppermint oil capsuels.. im not saying your farts will turn minty fresh but it may help!
