Titling a link?????

As you can see I've added the link to my homebirth story in my sig and then just put the title after it but I've noticed that a few others have got their link set up so it's just the title e.g. My homebirth story. Can anyone tell me how to do this please??? I'm a stickler for having things looking neat and tidy!

just remove spaces and add appropriate link where i've put etc.com
