I just got one from Tesco for £4 and thats got loads of easy recipies for desserts, cakes, biscuits etc and they are all quick to do...
The ones I have just done don't take any time at all really but look like you've spent ages on them...

no, its called My Favourite Recipes - Little Cakes & Cookies. It's like a series of them and it's number 9 in that series. Will post the recipe though tomorrow as I'm shattered so off to bed now...
