Okay so I wanted to create a thread where all us girls can offload any tips we've collected for conceiving, hopefully everyone will join in and it'll help some lucky people! Hope to see lots of posts below! Babydust to all! xxx

good idea!

my tip - dont start poas too early. makes the 2ww unbearable!! and if you can be ar$ed - start charting - it makes you soooooo aware of what is going on with your body and is so interesting.

This thread is such a good idea

My tip is a high dose of Evening Primrose Oil from CD1 to ovulation to increase cervical mucus. I never used to get hardly any, only on day of ov really and now it starts on CD8-9 so have EWCM all through fertile time now  xx

My period was late last month I completed several tests which were all BFN! I read that green tea helped to start your period.... I tried drinking it for two days and AF showed up. Worth a try
Good luck ladies

Bonk loads...:)

Sorry I couldn't resist it. Can't add much more at the moment as evening primrose oil and charting have proven to be affective. I have also read that green tea helps with your cycles. Will give anything a go so thanks for starting the thread Corky.

Oh yeah, that is quite important :rotfl: xx

:rotfl: i agree!

great thread

My only advice is to try not to get too stressed (i lose that battle every month!)

DEFINITELY important, stress is such a key factor, unfortunately I suffer from GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and panic attacks, so it's very hard to stay calm! My advice to anyone else who's a stressy panicky person is to take Kalms herbal remedy. because it's natural and i'm assured it has NO effect on ttc. also it won't do any harm in very early stages of pregnancy, i pop them like sweeties! xx

SMEP! is great and gives you time to recover (or him rather ;) )

stay cheeky and happy with each other, dont make DTD too much of a chore :)

Good lube :) :)
