Tips to help cool down a 6month old in this humid weather

So alisha keeps getting all clamy and red bless her anyone got any ideas on how to help cool her down we have a fan that is on and also a fan light in the bed room at the moment shes just in a nappy

If it's just for bed I can't really think of anything else sorry!! Erm damp flannel to mop her down? In the day time we do ice Lollies made with juice! Drive in car with windows down! Play with ice cubes and put paddling pool in house! Keep all curtains shut! Sorry u prob doing all that! Xx

yeah don't think there is much else you can do except make sure she's kept hydrated.

We keep windows open upstairs that creates a bit of a through-breeze which is quite nice and oz just had a top on last night.
