So my LO has been a rotter with nap times for quite a while now, she always shouts (not cries) or sings in her cot, entertaining herself. Bedtime she has always been grand no issues.

However, yesturday I decided time to turn cot to cotbed and she went to sleep like a dream for big sleep, no issues AT ALL, just like usual. However, today's nap time is not going well, lots of screams and runs for the door. I suspected this would be our biggest issue. Luckily for us, her door is a bit stiff so can't get out regardless.

Any tips on how to get her into nap time routine without the fuss? And yes, I definitely want her to still have naps and not drop them yet.

We have to use the pushchair in the day, even if we are just at home. She will stand in the cot, throw everything out and yell but in the pushchair she will sometimes nap as much as 2-3 hours. Bedtime no probs at all.
