When I feed from one breast the other nipple has a sharp tingle - what is this?

Sounds like the other breast letting down.

^wss its your let down reflex, you can also get it by just thinking about your baby when not feeding, weird how our bodies work.

Yeah its the let down... Usually has me running to get my pump if I'm not already feeding! X

Yes, I get this a lot, and I also get it when LO is due a feed - my boobs let me know he's due one before he does! Amazing really, the human body!
