Thrush and ovulation??

I am due to ovulate later/tomorrow according to my dates and my OPK... but i have thrush!

have had LOADS of watery discharge for the last week, Liam has been in his element lol

but now i have dried up and got thrush.. anyone got any experience of this?

Hi hon - I get thrush every now and then, so sympathise, but not sure what you do if you have it and you're ttc. Maybe worth going to pharmicist and asking...? Have you tried Conceive Plus? Apparently this will help if you don't have EWCM but i'm sure it won't help the thrush I guess maybe just grin and bear it until OV has passed and try and BD as much as you can... Hope it's not too uncomfortable for you - sorry if I haven't been much help, but just wanted to let you know someone was sympathetic... Hope it sorts itself out and good luck x

Cheers for replying honey I had a good while before OV where i was randy as hell and very moist... I did use some pre-seed not last night but the night before but i am not up for aggravating things down there!

we had sex on CD12/13 and i am pretty sure i ovulated last night CD14 So if i havent covered myself, i will have to wait for next month!

yeah i get thrush usually due to me going at it like rabbits, all my lovely ewcm/cm dries up and it gets irritated down there then i get thrush or cystitus....joy

Hahah funny thing is we have had nothing but very wet sex! very strange, lets just hope the times before have done their bit and i have a little fertilized egg looking for a place to stop x

i strated with thrush on sunday but i wasnt too bothered as i was in 2ww but if your still bding you will need to treat your OH too as he could pick it up and show no symptoms but pass it back to you xxx

Liam always gets symptoms of thrush as well x

And we always treat together - we get it all the time, its normal for us lol
