Thoughts on "technology" and toddlers

Our 21 month old daughter suddenly burst out singing the alphabet today and got to the letter P. She learned it from watching youtube this week, so I guess it can be a good tool for learning .

Oohhh this is interesting! My LO is 1 today. He sometimes strops/tantrums of he can't have our phone/iPad but I just let him! Personally I think it's pointless in me just not letting him have it at all otherwise he's not gonna learn that tantruming isn't going to get him what he wants!

We have the tv on a lot tho but he never tantrums when we turn it off...we're currently working on teaching him no when he touches the tv but he only does this when its switched on so again it's something to help us reach him
