Think it's starting!!! Update. I'm a mummy *PIC*

Woke at 5am with back ache, thought I needed the loo so went and felt better. Woke at 9am again with more pain at the base of my spine which kept coming and going and felt like my back was going to break . Had a bath and eased off but has come back again this afternoon. All in the back, nothing hurting around bump. Have to stop what I'm doing and wait for it to pass. It's about every 30 minutes at the moment and increases when I walk around.

I hope this is it .

Connie arrived at 7:35am weighing 7lbs.

I'll update you more when I have time. Got to hospital at 9 and a half cms and wanted to push in the car!!!

Quick pic. These newborn babies don't give you much time for PF forum, spending a lot of time asleep on my boob. .

I'll write my very speedy birth story when I get a minute.

Good luck hun, really hope this is the start of things for you! Ive been having the same thing for a few days now, but everytime I start to take notice of them or try to ease the pain, they stop . Bet I will be going through this for another 2/3 weeks! COME ON BABIES!!!

About every 15-20 minutes getting crampy back pains like spine is in a vice, the last few have been felt at bottom of bump also. It hurts but breathing through nose and out through mouth is helping a lot. Feel fine between them so not terrible and can feel it coming. Loads more gunk came out earlier but still not bloody . Going to bed now so hoping to get some sleep and things might progress more tomorrow but think it's going to be a while yet . Haven't rung hospital yet as no point. Wish my waters would go then I would know it's definite.
