Think im losing the plot...

I feel like im going mad, i keep getting twinges in my lower abdomen....is af on its way or can you get twinges when possibly pg??

Ive never been this late, even before having mirena coil to help with pcos & endometriosis. The latest ive ever been is 10 days (from day 28), today is day 11. Usually when i am more than 4 days late i have af symptoms without af. Yesterday the twinges started, today im still getting them but they dont feel like my normal af symptoms....whats going on?

Yeah im thinking a trip to the docs monday if still nothing, its just so bloody annoying!! Great having somewhere to vent though so you have been of help
