The 'unscheduled' day off thread!

Anyone else having a day off that they didn't expect?!

I had to call in sick today, I woke up and tried to climb out of bed and couldn't!
I really don't think my pelvis could have stood for almost 8 hours working in a bookshop, so i called in sick.

I've managed to crawl to the loo, i had to literally crawl up the stairs after i made myself a brew, and now i'm sat in bed with the laptop and not moving, cause each time i do the front of my pelvis cracks!!

So, I'm going to be online all day! The boys are at nursery, so it's just me and the laptop, and you girls keeping me company!!!

Ive got a PJ day planned lol, hubby is off this morning so he's had Ellie and left me in bed

I'm off sick today too....second day in a row. Had a bowel blockage yesterday so was off yesterday on painkillers and no food, today I'm just recovering...will be back tomorrow tho!
